30% Malbec | Vista Flores, Uco Valley (1.000 m.a.s.l / 3.300 ft)
30% Malbec | Gualtallary, Uco Valley (1.250 m.a.s.l / 4.100 ft).

 

 

 

Produced with hand harvested grapes from Uco Valley terroirs at different altitudes at the Andes Mountains in Mendoza. 100% of the wine was fermented with indigenous yeasts at cellar temperature in French oak barrels, 50%of which are first use. The wine was aged for 24 months in the same barrels that were used for fermentation.
